Deposits

A deposit of 50% of your charter rate is due at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the date of your charter.

Cancellations

Your deposit is non-refundable. in cases of emergency, however, you may transfer your deposit to another charter booking, but we must know 60 days prior to your trip.

One we receive your final payment 30 days prior, that confirms your trip and your final payment is non-refundable and we will not be able to switch your dates.

August Point Lodge is a small lodge and cancellation are costly to our business.

Cancellation insurance is available at most travel agencies.
